Book Your Ride

Which way to contact us suits which situation

WhatsApp is the best choice for most bookings, because you can paste a flight number, drop a map pin and attach a screenshot of your hotel confirmation in one message. A phone call is better when your pickup is in the next hour, when you are standing in an arrivals hall and cannot find the driver, or when your plan is complicated enough that typing it would take longer than saying it. Email suits group enquiries and anything you want to keep a record of, such as a request from a tour operator or a company.

Whichever you use, the same details move the conversation along: where you are starting, where you are going, when, how many people and how many bags.

What a good first message looks like

A message such as 'Jeddah Airport to a Makkah hotel on 14 March, flight SV123 lands at 21:40, four adults, five suitcases, the hotel is called X' lets us reply with a vehicle and a price straight away. A message that says only 'taxi to Makkah' makes us ask five questions before we can help. The first approach is faster for you, and it avoids confusion later.

If you are not sure of some details, send what you have and say what you do not know. For example, if you do not yet have a hotel booking, tell us, and we will say what we need to confirm closer to the date.

  • Route, date and time, with the time zone if you are abroad
  • Number of adults, children and bags
  • Flight number for airport pickups or drop-offs
  • Hotel name and area for pickups near the holy mosques
  • Any need for a child seat, wheelchair space or an early stop

When to message us on the day of travel

Three moments are worth a short message. The first is when you land, so that the driver knows to start moving. The second is when you are through baggage claim, so that he knows when to meet you. The third is if anything changes, such as a delayed bag, a missing family member or a different exit. A one-line message at each stage is better than a call from the arrivals hall with no signal.

If you are travelling abroad, check that your phone will receive messages in Saudi Arabia before you fly. A local SIM or an international plan is easier than relying on airport Wi-Fi.

Questions travellers often ask before they book

Many visitors write to ask how long a journey will take and whether to book a larger vehicle than they think they need. We are glad to answer both. For journey times, see our route pages, which show typical distances and times and explain the factors that change them. For vehicles, see the fleet page, which lists seats and luggage space for each model.

Others ask whether we can arrange stops for prayer, a visit to a particular place or a quick call at a pharmacy. Usually we can, as long as we know in advance. We would rather hear the request while the plan is still flexible than on the day.

Group, tour operator and company enquiries

If you are arranging transport for a group, include the number of people, the arrival times, the cities involved and whether the group moves together or splits. For a company, say how many trips you expect and whether you need invoices or a single point of contact. A tour operator should tell us which parts of the trip are already covered by other providers, so that we do not plan something that overlaps.

We will tell you plainly what we can arrange and what we cannot, and we will confirm the vehicles and price before you travel.

If something goes wrong

Plans fail for ordinary reasons: a flight is cancelled, a hotel overbooks, a child falls ill. When it happens, contact us as soon as you can, by WhatsApp for speed or by phone if the pickup is imminent. We cannot control airlines or hotels, but we can adjust the car, the time and the route, and the earlier we hear, the more we can do.

Where our base is and where we drive

The address and hours on this page are our business details, and our drivers work across Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah and Taif, not from a single counter. You do not need to visit us to book, and there is no office to find on arrival. Your driver comes to you, at the airport, the hotel or the address you give, and the best way to reach us before that is by phone or WhatsApp.

If you are writing about a past journey, such as a lost item or a question about a ride, include the date, the route and the vehicle if you remember it, and we will look into it.

Time zones, languages and phone numbers

Saudi Arabia is three hours ahead of UTC and does not change its clocks. If you are writing from another country, state the time in local Saudi time or say which time zone you mean, to avoid confusion about the pickup hour. Use a phone number with the country code, written in full, and check that you can receive calls and WhatsApp messages in Saudi Arabia.
